They’re one of the hardest-working spaces in the house, but they’re often the most overlooked.

I love styling laundry rooms because it proves that every space can be beautiful. A few baskets, neatly folded towels, some simple décor, and suddenly a room that’s usually associated with chores feels a little more intentional.

Will pretty shelves make the laundry fold itself? Unfortunately, no. 😂

But they can make the space feel more organized, more inviting, and a little less like a place you avoid until the hamper is overflowing.

I absolutely loved this little feature nook tucked into the formal dining room. 🤍

Sometimes a home’s design does all the heavy lifting, and the staging simply gets to add a little personality and fun. Between the gorgeous tile, floating shelves, warm lighting, and unique architectural details, this space was practically begging to be styled.

Honestly, it may have been my favorite spot in the entire house. It’s the kind of space that catches your eye, starts a conversation, and makes a home feel custom and memorable.

As a stager, I love when builders create these thoughtful moments throughout a home. They give buyers something to connect with and make it easy to imagine entertaining, gathering, and living there.

One of my favorite staging tricks? Books. 📚

Books add warmth, personality, texture, and just the right amount of character to a space. For this office, I wanted a more masculine feel, so I pulled together darker tones, layered a few vintage-looking hardcovers, and finished it off with a sculptural accent piece.

It’s a small detail, but details are what make a room feel thoughtfully designed instead of simply furnished.

And before anyone asks... no, I have absolutely no idea what any of these books are about. 😂 Please don’t take my staging choices as reading recommendations. I choose books for their look, color, scale, and the story they help tell in the room—not necessarily the story on the pages.

Sometimes the perfect styling piece is judged entirely by its cover. 🤍

There’s something special about a dining table. 🤍

It’s where rushed weekday dinners turn into conversations. Where holiday traditions are passed down. Where homework gets finished, coffee is shared, games are played, and stories are told.

Long after the furniture is moved in, these are the spaces that become the backdrop for real life.

When I stage a dining room, I’m not just setting a table...I’m helping people imagine the memories they’ll make around it.

One of my favorite parts of staging kids’ rooms is adding those little touches that make the space feel lived in and loved. 🎀🤍

A sweet doll, a pretty keepsake box, a favorite book—sometimes it’s the smallest details that help buyers picture a house as a home.

Fun fact: this adorable ballerina doll wasn’t actually part of my staging inventory. I borrowed her from my daughter’s room for this setup. She later spotted it and immediately informed me that I had, in fact, stolen her doll. 😂

Needless to say, she was not impressed with my creative process.

But I think we can all agree she was the perfect finishing touch.

This is one of my favorite examples of why staging doesn’t have to be expensive to make a big impact. 🤍

For this beachfront condo, we didn’t do a full redesign. We simply swapped out the rug, updated a few pillows, and freshened up the overall look of the living room.

Total investment? Less than $200.

The result? A brighter, more cohesive space that put the focus back where it belongs—on those incredible Gulf views. 🌊

One of the biggest misconceptions about staging is that it requires spending thousands of dollars. Sometimes it’s just a matter of making a few strategic changes that help buyers see the home’s full potential.

This condo went under contract in just 4 days, and it’s a perfect reminder that small changes can create big results.
